Low fat chicken curry

I’ve found this recipe for a low fat chicken curry, just in-case you get to Saturday night and can’t stand the thought of another calorie controled meal!

This should help you feel as though you’re treating yourself and it’s still only 272 calories;

Low fat chicken curry ingedients are:

1 tbsp olive oil
10g butter
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tsp ground coriander
half a tsp dried mint
570g chicken breast, diced
200ml water

Firstly heat the butter and the oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on a medium heat until the onion has softend.

Next, add the garam masala, mint and coriander, then the chicken and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes.

Finally, just add all the water and stir. Let the pan simmer for at least 15 minutes and by then the chicken should be cooked through. Don’t put a lid on the pan!

Not bad for a curry eh? Just don’t get any beers or wine out to go with it!!
